With a six-passenger golf cart for exploring the nearby neighborhood streets, a family-friendly floor plan, and a game area that keeps everyone entertained, Coastal Stay is a great home base for creating beach memories without the fuss.

Whether you're spending your days on the sand, enjoying fresh seafood around town, or simply relaxing on the back porch, you'll have everything you need for a laid-back Forgotten Coast vacation.

The Home

Coastal Stay is a spacious one-level home that makes vacationing easy for families of all ages. The open layout keeps everyone connected while still offering comfortable spaces to spread out and unwind.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen flows into the dining area and living room, creating the perfect gathering space for meals, conversations, and movie nights. Nestled between the kitchen and living room is a convertible pool and ping pong table, making it easy to transition from dinner to family game time.

The home also includes a dedicated laundry area, two full bathrooms, and an additional half bath conveniently located just off the main living area.

Step outside to enjoy the private covered back porch overlooking the backyard or rinse away the sand after the beach in the outdoor shower.

The garage includes a variety of beach items left by previous guests for everyone to enjoy during their stay. While the selection may vary, you're welcome to use any available beach toys and chairs.

A six-passenger golf cart is also included, making it easy to explore the surrounding neighborhood and nearby back streets.

Please note: The golf cart may only be driven on neighborhood streets and nearby roads where golf carts are permitted. It is not permitted on Highway 98 or other roads where local regulations prohibit golf cart traffic.

Whether you're searching for seashells, enjoying fresh seafood, or simply soaking up the sunshine, Mexico Beach is the perfect destination for slowing down and reconnecting.

Important Information

• Minimum booking age is 25 years old.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo ID are required before check-in.

• A $300 security hold will be authorized prior to arrival and released following a satisfactory post-departure inspection.

• The golf cart may only be operated by licensed drivers who are at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license.

• The golf cart is limited to neighborhood streets and nearby roads where golf carts are legally permitted. It may not be driven on Highway 98 or other prohibited roadways.

• No parties or events.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Driveway parking is available for registered guests only.
