The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Whether you're brewing a traditional pot of coffee or crafting your favorite espresso drink with the Espresso machine, mornings are easy at R&R Gulf Life.

Starter essentials are provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee essentials to help you settle in comfortably.

Outdoor Living

The covered back patio is the perfect place to gather after a day in the sun, featuring comfortable seating, an epoxy-coated patio, and a grill for family cookouts.

The epoxy-coated garage provides an additional clean gathering space, making it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy time together.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home, including all indoor living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, covered patio, garage gathering space, driveway, and outdoor shower.

The Neighborhood

R&R Gulf Life is located in WindMark North, one of the Forgotten Coast's premier coastal communities. Designed around outdoor living and relaxation, WindMark offers beautiful landscaping, peaceful streets, and miles of scenic walking, biking, and golf cart paths.

One of the community's most popular features is the paved trail that follows Old Highway 98, connecting WindMark North to the Village Center. Along the way you'll find beautiful coastal scenery, beach access, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.

During your stay you'll have access to:

Historic Downtown Port St. Joe is approximately 10 minutes away and offers local restaurants, boutiques, parks, marinas, and live entertainment.

Mexico Beach is about 15 minutes away, while Cape San Blas and St. Joseph Peninsula State Park are both within easy driving distance for kayaking, fishing, shell collecting, and some of Florida's most beautiful beaches.

WindMark was thoughtfully designed to preserve the area's natural beauty, and it's common to see native wildlife throughout the community. We simply ask guests to admire wildlife from a safe distance and help preserve the beauty that makes this area so special.

Getting Around

One of the best parts of staying at R&R Gulf Life is how easy it is to experience everything WindMark has to offer.

The complimentary 6-seat golf cart makes trips to the beach, community pools, parks, playgrounds, and Village Center both convenient and fun.

Guests may also enjoy miles of paved walking and biking paths throughout the community. Bikes with helmets are provided so you can explore at your own pace.

• Downtown Port St. Joe – Approximately 10 minutes

• Mexico Beach – Approximately 15 minutes

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately one hour away.

Please note that golf carts are only permitted on approved community roads and paths. They may not be driven on Highway 98, sidewalks, or the beach.

Things to Know

To help make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following information before booking:

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been given.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the primary guest must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo ID are required before check-in instructions will be released.

• Guests using the golf cart must also sign a separate Golf Cart Agreement before arrival.

• A $300 security hold will be placed on the card associated with your reservation prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will be released after checkout once the home has been inspected and no damages or policy violations are found.

• Golf cart drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

• The golf cart must remain parked inside the garage whenever it is not in use and may only be driven on approved community roads. Golf carts are not permitted on Highway 98, sidewalks, or the beach.

• This is a pet-friendly home. Up to two dogs are welcome with a maximum weight of 30 pounds each. A $225 pet fee applies. Unauthorized pets or violations of the pet policy may result in additional charges.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home or garage.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Parking is limited to the driveway only. Street parking, boat parking, trailer parking, RV parking, and parking on the grass are prohibited.

• Additional parking is available in WindMark's designated overflow parking area.

• WindMark is governed by an HOA. Guests are responsible for following all community rules, and any fines resulting from guest violations—including parking violations—will be the responsibility of the guest.

• Starter supplies are provided to help you settle in but are not replenished during your stay.

• Beach chairs, toys, and recreational equipment are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally be unavailable due to normal wear, damage, or replacement.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the front driveway for the safety of guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living spaces.

• As a growing coastal community, nearby construction may occasionally be seen or heard during your stay.

• Florida weather can change quickly, especially during hurricane season. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional peace of mind.
