Welcome to Making Mo Memories, a family-friendly coastal retreat located in the beautiful WindMark Beach North community of Port St. Joe, Florida.

This thoughtfully designed home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers everything needed for a relaxing Forgotten Coast getaway, including a 6-passenger golf cart, beach gear, screened porch with peaceful bay views, garage entertainment, and access to two resort-style community pools.

The home is located just a short walk from a nearby beach boardwalk and is on the same road as the WindMark North Pool, making it easy to enjoy the beach, pool, walking trails, playgrounds, and Village Center throughout your stay.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, with a kitchen island, bar seating, dining table seating for six, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and cooking essentials.

Living Room

The living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or pool.

Garage & Extras

The garage includes beach gear, bikes when available, and a basketball shooting game for added fun during your stay.

Please note that bicycles are provided as a complimentary amenity when available. Because they may occasionally need repairs or maintenance, they cannot be guaranteed for every stay.

Outdoor Living

Enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation from the screened porch while taking in the peaceful coastal setting and bay views.

The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity. While we work hard to keep it available, unexpected maintenance or repairs may occasionally make it unavailable during a stay.

WindMark Village Center

Just a short golf cart ride away, guests can enjoy dining, coffee, ice cream, shopping, community events, beach rentals, and recreational rentals.

Local favorites include Bruno’s Pizza, The Mill Mercantile, Sunrise Café, The View at St. Joe Bay, and R&R Outfitters.

Parking

Parking is available in the driveway. Additional overflow parking is located directly across from the home.

Per HOA regulations, boats, trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted in residential driveways. We are happy to provide local recommendations for off-site parking if needed.

Guest Access

Guests will receive their unique door code and community pool access information prior to arrival. Check-in is contactless, but our team is available before, during, and after your stay if you need anything.

Making Mo Memories is located in WindMark Beach North, one of the Forgotten Coast’s most loved coastal communities. WindMark is known for its laid-back atmosphere, golf cart-friendly streets, walking and biking trails, beach boardwalks, nature preserves, playgrounds, pools, and beautiful beach access.

Downtown Port St. Joe is only minutes away and offers waterfront dining, boutique shopping, fishing charters, marinas, and local attractions.

Important Notes

Beach access is available by designated boardwalks and marked pathways only. Walking, biking, riding, or driving through dunes, preservation areas, or protected natural habitats is strictly prohibited.

Exterior cameras are located in the garage and screened porch area. These cameras are not active and are not connected to a recording or monitoring system.

$300 security deposit held during stay and released after inspection.
