The garage has been transformed into an additional gathering space featuring a comfortable couch, TV, Pac-Man arcade game, beach gear, and a complimentary 4-seat golf cart ready to take you around the neighborhood. Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the garage lounge, outdoor spaces, and the complimentary golf cart.

For security purposes, one owner's closet is locked and unavailable to guests. Please do not attempt to access this space.

You'll receive your personalized door code and self check-in instructions prior to arrival, making check-in quick, easy, and convenient.

One of the best parts of staying at Palm Pointe is how easy it is to explore the community.

A complimentary 4-seat golf cart is included with your stay, making trips to the beach, pools, playground, and neighborhood restaurants convenient and fun.

• Downtown Port St. Joe – Approximately 10 minutes

A personal vehicle is recommended if you plan to explore surrounding communities and attractions outside of WindMark.

Please note that golf carts are only permitted on approved community roads and must be operated according to all community and local regulations.

Things to Know

To help make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please review the following information before booking:

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the person making the reservation must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

• A signed rental agreement and a government-issued photo ID are required before check-in instructions will be released.

• Self check-in is available with a unique door code provided before arrival.

• A $300 security hold will be placed on the card associated with your reservation prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will be released after checkout once the home has been inspected and no damages or policy violations are found.

• This is a pet-friendly home. Pet fees apply, and all pets must be included on your reservation.

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.

• No parties or events are allowed.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Street parking, boat parking, and trailer parking are not permitted within the community. Please use the driveway and designated overflow parking areas.

• A complimentary 4-seat golf cart is included with your stay. Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Guests are responsible for following all community rules and operating the golf cart safely.

• Beach chairs, toys, and other recreational equipment are provided as a courtesy and may occasionally be unavailable due to normal wear, damage, or replacement.

• Exterior security cameras monitor the front driveway for the safety of our guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor living spaces.

• WindMark is a growing coastal community, so nearby construction may occasionally be seen or heard during your stay. We appreciate your understanding.
