Snowbird & Extended Stays

Ocean & Pine is available for snowbird and extended stays during the off-season. Monthly rates and availability vary based on travel dates and length of stay. Please submit an inquiry through our contact page for current pricing and availability.

Pet Policy: Ocean & Pine welcomes up to two dogs under 50 pounds. The following breeds are not permitted: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Huskies, and Wolf Hybrids.

Security Deposit: A refundable $300 security deposit hold is placed prior to arrival and released following the completion of the post-departure inspection.

• Primary renter must be 23 years or older and must be present for the duration of the stay.

• No parties or events are permitted at the property.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the screened patio. Evidence of smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Dogs are welcome with a limit of two dogs under 50 lbs each. Certain breed restrictions may apply. Guests must pick up after their pets and ensure pets are supervised at all times.

• Please treat the home with care and respect. We ask that all items be returned to their original place before checkout.

• Before checkout, please help us by completing the following:

• Place all dirty linens in the bathroom

• Return all beach gear to the garage

• Place trash in the outdoor trash bin

• Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher

• Additional seating: There is an extra bean bag chair located in the closet for guest use.

• Please follow all community guidelines and quiet hours during your stay.
