The Home

Ocean View Oasis features a one-of-a-kind three-story floor plan that offers both shared gathering spaces and private retreats for everyone in your group.

As you enter the home, you're welcomed into an open-concept living area where the kitchen, dining room, and family room flow seamlessly together. This inviting space was designed for spending time together, whether you're preparing meals, watching a movie after a day at the beach, or simply relaxing with family and friends. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations when needed.

Step outside to enjoy the covered front porch overlooking the Gulf or head to the backyard entertainment space featuring a gravel gathering area and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after returning from the beach.

The second floor offers additional privacy with two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. This level also includes its own coffee bar and mini refrigerator, creating the perfect morning retreat before heading downstairs. Guests can step onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh coastal air while sipping their morning coffee.

The third floor is reserved entirely for the primary suite, creating a peaceful escape away from the rest of the home. This private sanctuary features its own balcony with Gulf views, an electric fireplace, and a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a relaxing soaking tub and walk-in shower.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued photo ID are required before check-in.

• A $300 security hold will be authorized prior to arrival and released following a satisfactory post-departure inspection.

• Parking is available in the driveway for registered guests only.
