The Home

Designed with families and larger groups in mind, this beautiful five-bedroom, four-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests while providing plenty of space to spread out and relax.

The bright, open-concept living area creates a welcoming place to gather after a day at the beach, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable. Stocked with basic cooking essentials, cookware, dishes, and appliances, you'll find everything needed for family breakfasts, beach-day lunches, and evening dinners together.

Throughout the home, Smart TVs, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtfully designed spaces create an inviting atmosphere where guests can truly unwind and enjoy their time on the Cape.

Important Information & Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests

• Additional occupancy fees apply for reservations with more than 8 guests.

• Approved pets are welcome. Nightly pet fees apply.

• Pool heat is available during the off-season for $25 per day.

• A temporary security hold will be placed on the payment card used for the reservation and released following departure once the home has been inspected and no damages are found.

• Guests have full private access to the property, including all indoor and outdoor spaces.

• There are no shared spaces.
