The Home

Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, Beach Haven comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across two beautifully appointed stories.

The bright, open-concept living area creates a welcoming place to gather after a day of exploring the Forgotten Coast, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple and enjoyable. Complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials, you'll have everything needed for family breakfasts, beach-day lunches, and evening dinners together.

Important Information & Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (ET)

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (ET)

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests

• This home is not pet friendly.

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

• A valid government-issued ID, signed rental agreement, and completed check-in form are required prior to arrival.

• A $300 temporary security hold will be placed on the payment card used for the reservation prior to arrival. This is not a charge and will be released after departure once the home has been inspected and no damages are found.

• The included golf cart is provided as a guest amenity. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license. A maximum of six passengers is permitted. The golf cart may not be operated on Highway 98, sidewalks, or the beach and must be returned to the garage and placed on the charger whenever it is not in use.

• Street parking is prohibited. All vehicles must remain in the driveway.

• Beach Haven is located within a growing section of the WindMark Beach community. Construction may occasionally be visible or audible during normal working hours.

• The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and an exterior camera overlooking the backyard. There are no interior cameras.

• Community amenities, including pools, beach access, playgrounds, and walking trails, are maintained by the HOA and are subject to availability.

• Guests have full private access to the home, garage, and all outdoor living spaces. There are no shared spaces.
