Backing to a private wooded preserve, AquaZen combines elevated design with exceptional amenities, creating a peaceful escape where guests can relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time together. From the chef-inspired kitchen and multiple gathering spaces to the entertainment garage, golf cart, and extensive beach gear, every detail has been curated to enhance your stay.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space.

THE HOME

AquaZen features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a screened porch overlooking the woods, an entertainment garage, and a spacious backyard with a future private pool planned.

The open-concept main level was designed for gathering, featuring a fully equipped chef's kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The kitchen offers island seating for four, while the dining table comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect space for family dinners and celebrations.

The main living room features comfortable furnishings, a 65-inch Smart TV, and ample seating for everyone to gather after a day at the beach.

• Maximum Occupancy: 14 Guests• Minimum Booking Age: 25• No Pets• No Parties or Events• Check-In: 4:00 PM Eastern• Check-Out: 10:00 AM Eastern

Direct reservations require a refundable $300 security hold. The hold is released following departure provided there is no damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

For guest security, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera and driveway camera. There are no interior cameras.

Please note that AquaZen is located within a growing section of WindMark Beach and construction activity may occasionally be visible or audible during normal working hours.

Please Note: This home has a strict no-pet policy. Guests traveling with a service animal must contact the host prior to booking due to property insurance requirements and documentation procedures.k-in with keypad

✔ Quiet hours after 10 PM

✔ No smoking or vaping on premises FINE will apply (this includes the screened porch/garage)

✔ No glitter/ hair dye (excess cleaning fee applies)

✔ Flush toilet paper only — no grease, wipes, hygiene products in drains or toilets (plumbing damage will be billed)

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ on premises/ NO more than 3 under 25 per adult 25+ without host permission

✔ Rental agreement signature required- Self Check in on Keypad

✔ Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles — no street parking, no boat or trailer parking

✔ No onsite fish cleaning ($500 fee if violated)

✔ Ring doorbell and exterior cameras at front of home with audio/video capabilities — no cameras in backyard

✔ No sleeping on furniture or other than specified beds/pull out/trundle

✔ Golf cart liability waiver required after booking

✔ Golf Cart must be parked in the driveway during stay/ Garage overnight
